1 on 1 pt sessions follow a tailored program to you! these sessions go for 45 minutes and are tailored to your fitness goals.

Shared PT sessions

shared PT sessions cap at 3 people, these sessions are a great way to train with your friends while still having a tailored training program followed.

Sports team strength and conditioning

These sessions are designed to enhance the performance of athletes on and off the field, these sessions last for 1hr to 1hr 30mins.

Group Fitness sessions

Group fitness sessions are held at igym247 salamander bay, these classes last for 30mins-45mins depending on the class. To find out more about upcoming classes please contact Chris and Susan!
